Rental Application
For your convenience, you may print out the Rental Application and simply complete the application including your signature and either drop it off at 4030 Lansing Avenue, Jackson, Michigan 49202, or you may fax it to our office at 517-782-0177. We will begin processing your request right away ($20.00 processing fee for (1) applicant, and an extra $10.00 per co-applicant). Please call our office with a credit or debit card number if you are faxing the application. If you are dropping it off, we accept cash or money orders as well.
By submitting a completed rental application, you understand and agree that our normal approval process will include verification of your income, the contacting of your references, and a criminal and credit report check.
